• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300.
• Maximum single deposit amount is ৳5,00,000 (may vary by method).

• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• If a deposit fails, the payment will be automatically reversed.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

The following terms govern bonuses and promotions offered on pixel 1. Each bonus has its own specific conditions, which are outlined on the relevant offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registered users only.
• The relevant promo code or offer must be activated to claim a bonus.
• Every bonus comes with wagering requirements (typically 5x–30x).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.

• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following terms and conditions must be strictly followed when placing bets on Pixel 1:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pixel 1 and constitute serious violations of Pixel 1's Terms and Conditions:

• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Exploiting system bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime.
• Threatening or harassing pixel 1 staff.

If any of the above activities are detected, pixel 1 will immediately suspend the account in question, forfeit all balances, and take legal action where necessary.

Pixel 1 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Self-exclusion requested by the user.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support@pixel1.bet. You may withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.
